// for med spas, lash & aesthetics

You cannot answer with a client's eyes closed.

Lash, brow, facial and injectable work is hands-on and hours long. The AI picks up mid-service, answers the pricing and prep questions, and books the next one.

// how the call goes
  • HandledHi, this is the AI assistant for the studio. This call may be recorded for quality. ¿Español or English?
  • CallerEnglish. How much is a full set of lashes, and how long does it take?
  • HandledA classic full set is on our menu at a set price and takes about two hours. Hybrid and volume are a little more. Have you had extensions before?
  • CallerFirst time.
  • HandledThen it's the full set rather than a fill. Come with clean lashes and no mascara. There's a deposit to hold the slot, which comes off the total.
  • CallerThat's fine. Thursday?
  • HandledThursday at 10 or at 2. I'll text you the deposit link and the prep steps once you pick.

Why this trade misses calls

Every service is hands-on

A lash set is two hours with your hands beside someone's closed eyes. You are not picking up, and the phone knows it.

The questions repeat forever

How long does it last, what do I do beforehand, can I wear makeup, how much is a fill. The same eight questions, all day, every day.

No-shows cost the whole slot

A two-hour appointment that doesn't turn up is two hours you cannot resell at short notice.

What it has to know

A person loads all of this from your own price list and booking rules before the line goes live, then keeps adjusting it once real calls start coming in. It is not a form you fill in.

  • Your full service menu and what each one actually costs
  • Prep instructions and aftercare, in the words you'd use
  • How long each service takes, so it never books a fill into a full-set slot
  • Your deposit policy, and your cancellation window
  • New client versus fill or top-up, which are different appointments
  • Which questions are clinical and must wait for you
// we have shipped in this trade

Femme Aesthetika

A five-page practice site built on her own olive palette rather than a template — service menu with real treatments and prep notes, the academy that sells training seats, and booking one button from every page.

That's a website and owner portal we built and shipped — you can open it right now. It is not a phone line we answer for them. Handled Phone has no customers yet; you would be the first. We're showing it because it's how we know what this trade actually books, and because you can check it.

// where these clients are

Handled is run out of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and most of the work above is within an hour of it — Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and Palm Beach County. The line itself works anywhere in the country; the reason to mention the map is that we have actually stood in these businesses.

Straight answers

Will it answer medical questions?

No. Anything clinical — reactions, contraindications, whether a treatment suits a condition — is handed to you. It answers price, timing, prep and aftercare, which is the overwhelming majority of what the phone asks.

Can it take a deposit?

It sends the deposit link during the call and the booking holds once it's paid, which is the only thing that reliably reduces no-shows on a two-hour slot.

Does it know a fill from a full set?

Yes, and that matters — booking a new client into a fill slot costs you an hour you can't get back. It asks first.

Is it bilingual?

English and Spanish on every plan, caller's choice from the first ring.
