We ship. In public.

Every entry below maps to a live change on handled.build. No roadmap slides, no "coming soon" ghost features. If it's here, you can use it today.

  1. site

Home services becomes the lead vertical — founding five open

New /home-services aisle for the trades: bilingual EN/ES from the first ring, quotes from your price book, emergency triage. Five founding lines opened at locked Starter pricing, set up by hand around Palm Beach County. Real recorded calls become the public case studies — with written permission, never invented.

  2. site

Booking now sells two call types

The /book calendar offers a free 30-minute intro call and a $250 working session (plus $8 card processing, via Stripe). The session is a consulting call — bring one real problem, leave with a written action plan — and the full $250 is credited toward your first invoice if we build together.

  3. site

The store: four aisles and a cart

Full restructure. The homepage is now a storefront — Phone, Website, App, AI Staff — with no prices on the landing page and a site-wide cart that follows you between aisles. /agents and /sites retired into their aisles. Every price on every surface reads from one data file so nothing can drift.

    Apps added to Handled Builds

Two ways to get an app, both priced in public. $9,997 for an app that installs on the home screen in 4–6 weeks — iPhone and Android, no app store review, updates ship instantly. From $75,000 for a native build in the Apple App Store and Google Play, 14–20 weeks, scoped on a call and paid in stages tied to delivery. You own the code and the store listings either way.

  5. site

ROI calculator + head-to-head comparison shipped

New /roi page lets you plug in call volume and average ticket, get a share-able savings URL. New /vs page compares Handled to Air AI, Ruby, and Smith.ai with every claim cited to public record.

  6. builds

    Instant AI $97 tier retired

The $97 AI-generated one-pager tier was pulled. Builds now start at $297 (Audit) → $3,997+ (Build+). Cleaner ladder, clearer scope, better outcomes.

  7. builds

    Domain checkout went live

/get-started now runs live Openprovider domain search and Stripe checkout — real credit card, real receipt, real domain. (The build tier was $97 Instant AI at launch; repositioned to Landing Page $597 on 2026-07-28.)

  8. trust

Deployment truth published on every surface

Cleaned every page of the false framing that Handled was 'running on the founder’s own shop.' Truthful framing now: built ON the founder’s own shop's real book, demo-ready, open to first customers. No fake proof points anywhere.

  9. site

    Plain-English nav + landing copy

Rewrote the navigation and homepage copy for non-technical business owners. 'We do it, you say yes.' No jargon, no acronyms, no funnel-speak.

  10. builds

Handled Builds ladder introduced (from Landing $597 → Build+ $3,997+)

Added website + workflow builds as a second product line alongside Phone. Same brand, same operator, same standard. Phone remained the homepage wedge. (Originally launched with an Instant AI $97 tier at the bottom; retired 2026-07-28.)

  11. site

    Studio Carousel technique engine

Ten social carousels are now generated from manifests (Instrument + Geist typography, brand-safe). Rolled out on our operator-site manifesto series first.

  12. trust

    Voice-first canon locked

Killed the last of the SMS-first / text-back framing that crept into copy. Handled is a voice receptionist. SMS is a recap mode after a live call, never the product itself.

    How every call opens
  13. trust

    Anti-Air-AI posture published

After the FTC action against Air AI ($18M, March 2026), Handled published its full receipts: refund policy, absence of earnings claims, absence of franchise agreements, disclosure scripts.

    Not a franchise
