1. Who you are working with
Handled is operated by Christian G Flair LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "Handled"). When you create an account, you ("Customer") accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. What you get
An AI voice receptionist that answers your business line, qualifies leads, books appointments, transfers calls, and writes events to your CRM. Plans are Starter ($249/mo), Pro ($549/mo), and Vertical ($1,200/mo) — pricing as listed on /#pricing.
We deploy your assistant inside 48 hours of a complete onboarding. Live in less may happen; live in more is your refund trigger (see §5).
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Handled to place outbound calls without the recipient's prior consent, to harass, defraud, impersonate, or violate any applicable law including the TCPA, FTC robocall rules, CCPA, or state-specific recording laws.
You will keep your business operating as represented — the assistant is licensed for the business you signed up for, not for resale to other operators (white-label is a separate agreement).
4. Your data, our role
You own your account data, your call recordings, and your transcripts. Handled is your processor — we operate the service and act only on your instructions. The Privacy Policy and DPA describe what we collect and how it flows. We do not train external models on your data.
5. Billing, refunds, cancellation
Plans bill monthly via Stripe. Starter and Pro plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from first charge — request via help@handled.build and we refund the most recent charge in full.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end with no proration. The Vertical plan is monthly with no auto-cancel and the same 30-day money-back on first charge.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime measured at the Vapi + Twilio + Vercel layers we operate. Scheduled maintenance is announced ahead of time. We don't promise zero outages — we promise transparent reporting and a status page (/status) when an incident is in progress.
7. Warranty disclaimer
Handled is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Voice AI is probabilistic — it can mishear, mistime, or mistranscribe. You agree to monitor your assistant in the first weeks and report tunable issues to support so we can fix them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or lost business.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if you stop paying. We will give you 7 days to remedy a non-payment before suspension. We will provide a 30-day data export window after termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
11. Changes
Material changes to these terms are emailed to active customers with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
