// for aviation & charter

A charter enquiry that waits is a charter that flew with someone else.

Private charter buyers call several operators for the same trip. The AI answers first, takes the route, the dates and the passenger count, and puts a real enquiry in front of your ops desk.

  • HandledHi, this is the AI assistant for the charter desk. This call may be recorded for quality. How can I help?
  • CallerI need to get four people from Stuart to Nassau on the 20th, back on the 23rd.
  • HandledStuart to Nassau, four passengers, out on the 20th and back on the 23rd. Roughly what time would you want to leave?
  • CallerMorning, if we can.
  • HandledNoted. Any bags beyond carry-on, or pets travelling?
  • CallerGolf clubs. Two sets.
  • HandledI've got all of it. Pricing comes from our ops desk rather than from me — they'll have a quote back to you shortly. Best number and email to send it to?

Why this trade misses calls

Charter buyers shop in parallel

The same trip goes to four operators inside ten minutes. Whoever answers with real availability first is usually the one who quotes.

Ops is not a call centre

Your ops specialist is scheduling crew and moving aircraft. Every enquiry call is an interruption to the job that keeps the fleet legal and flying.

An incomplete enquiry is a wasted quote

Route, dates, passenger count, bags, pets. Missing one means a second call before anyone can price anything.

What it has to know

A person loads all of this from your own price list and booking rules before the line goes live, then keeps adjusting it once real calls start coming in. It is not a form you fill in.

  • Your fleet — the actual aircraft, the seats, the range
  • Which airport you're based at, and which ones you routinely fly from
  • Route, dates, times, passenger count and bags, captured every time
  • Empty legs, and how to route someone asking about one
  • Aircraft management enquiries, which are a different conversation from charter
  • That it must never quote a charter price — that goes to ops, every time
// we have shipped in this trade

Coastal Connections Aircraft Charter

Local search and conversion work on an existing charter site based at Witham Field in Stuart: geo signals and LocalBusiness schema across a site that had none, a Google Business Profile opened from scratch, an opening film cut from footage of their own aircraft, and a mobile call-and-quote bar that follows the page.

That's a website and owner portal we built and shipped — you can open it right now. It is not a phone line we answer for them. Handled Phone has no customers yet; you would be the first. We're showing it because it's how we know what this trade actually books, and because you can check it.

// where these clients are

Handled is run out of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and most of the work above is within an hour of it — Stuart, Witham Field (SUA), Fort Lauderdale, Opa-locka, Boca Raton and the Treasure Coast. The line itself works anywhere in the country; the reason to mention the map is that we have actually stood in these businesses.

Straight answers

Will it quote a charter price?

No, and that's deliberate. Charter pricing depends on positioning, crew duty and the aircraft that's actually free. The AI takes a complete enquiry and hands it to ops. It is built to know what it must not answer.

Can it handle empty-leg enquiries?

Yes. It knows an empty-leg caller is a different conversation from a full charter enquiry and routes them the way you tell it to.

What about aircraft management calls?

Owners asking about management are a different funnel from charter customers, and the line separates them before anyone's time is wasted.

Does it work after hours?

It answers every hour of every day. Charter enquiries do not respect an office schedule, and neither does a caller comparing four operators at nine at night.
